New Director Takes Charge at TGBIE
Hyderabad: Former labour director S. Krishna Aditya officially assumed the role of director of Intermediate Education and secretary of the Board of Intermediate Education on Wednesday, succeeding A. Sridevasena (FAC).
On his first day, Aditya urged board officials to swiftly address pending files, particularly those related to affiliations and admissions. He emphasised the importance of promptly resolving issues, conducting regular meetings to monitor grievances, and ensuring steady progress.
Aditya also focused on internal matters such as attendance and cleanliness, highlighting their significance in maintaining departmental standards. These topics were discussed during his initial general meeting with COE B. Jayaprada Bai, joint secretary D. Mohan, academic head Vasundhara Devi, and other officials and staff.
The leadership change follows a government order on Monday that reassigned 13 IAS officers across Telangana.
