Nizamabad: In a tragic accident on Friday, a van driver lost his life on the spot after being trapped in the vehicle's cabin. The incident occurred on the outskirts of Mallaram Gandi in Nizamabad when a speeding truck loaded with paddy collided with the van.
The driver, identified as Gopal, a resident of Banswada town, sustained severe injuries and died instantly. Passersby were unable to rescue him from the mangled cabin. Police arrived at the scene and shifted the body to the Government General Hospital in Nizamabad for a post-mortem.
