Passengers’ bags stolen from TSRTC bus in Tuljapur

Hyderabad: Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) is enquiring into the theft of bags belonging to passengers at Tuljapur. Theft happened when the bus was stopped at a petrol filling station in Tuljapur while returning from Shirdi to Hyderabad.

Thieves break open the lock of luggage store in the bus and escaped with the passengers’ bags. When a few passengers noticed that their bags were missing, they informed the local police, who failed to initiate necessary action.

The passengers then approached the TSRTC requesting to look into the issue. It is learnt that a similar incident happened at the same petrol filling station raising eyebrows as why the driver was stopping at the same place in spite of knowing that passengers’ bags were being stolen.

TSRTC is collecting more details from the driver to know the exact reasons behind the incident.
