Kamareddy: A patient in the ICU ward of the Government General Hospital in Kamareddy caused panic on Wednesday by trying to attack other patients with a scissor. The person, identified as Avusula Pramod from the old bus stand area, was admitted to the hospital on Sunday for withdrawal symptoms from spurious toddy consumption.
