Hyderabad: Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) inaugurated several development projects, including a pet crematorium at Serilingampally’s Tellapur on Tuesday. The crematorium, named “Paw Memories”, was jointly set up by the GHMC and Raaga Foundation.
The crematorium offers specialised containers to carry the mortal remains of pets, mortuary, a clean vehicle with a freezer facility and an incinerator. Along with that, the crematorium has courteous staff who would offer personalised grief support.
The GHMC also inaugurated the beautification projects at JRC Junction, Biodiversity Junction and Khajaguda Junction. These projects were upscaled with sculptures, fountains, cascades and lighting.
The municipal body also launched the development project of Rotary's with sculptures and cascades at Gachibowli Stadium and an upscaling project of street furniture from Roda Mistry College Kaman to Telangana State Election Commission office at Serilingampally.
