Hyderabad: Additional superintendent of police Thirupathanna, who was suspended for his involvement in the sensational telephone tapping case, approached the Telangana High Court on Wednesday seeking a bail.
He requested the High Court to grant him mandatory bail as it had been more than 90 days since the charge-sheet was filed. The trial court had rejected his bail plea on the ground that the investigators submitted that further probe was required.
