Police Book Case Against BRS’ Suman
Suman made remarks encouraging people to set fire to government offices, damage Singareni assets, block railway lines, and engage in violent activities.

Hyderabad: Police on Wednesday booked a case against BRS leader and former Chennur MLA Balka Suman over his provocative remarks calling for militant protests and attacks on government property.
The case was booked based on a complaint lodged by Motha Rohit Mudiraj, Khairatabad District Congress Committee President, with Nampally police station.
Along with the complaint, Motha Rohit submitted a 59-second video showing Suman propagating provocative and destructive militant-style tactics to protest against the ruling Congress government while delivering a speech at Telangana Bhavan on Tuesday.
Suman, in the video, delivered provocative comments inciting violence, instigating BRS leaders present there with an intention to disturb law and order in Telangana, police said.
According to the complaint, Suman made remarks encouraging people to set fire to government offices, damage Singareni assets, block railway lines, and engage in violent activities.
The complainant termed the statements extremely dangerous and said such irresponsible comments could seriously disturb public peace.
Following the complaint, police registered a case against Suman in addition to Rohit, and other Congress leaders demanded immediate action and urged the police to arrest the BRS leader for delivering a provocative speech on a top-priority basis.
“We have recorded Rohit’s statement and sent the video to FSL for examination, after examining the videos Suman has been sited delivering provocative anti-government attempts to disturb law and order situation a stern action will be taken as per the law, after seeking a legal opinion during further prove relevant IT sections will also be added as per the nature of the case we are waiting for FSL reports on video,” a police officer disclosed.
