Ponguleti Outlines Housing Rule
Hyderabad: Revenue minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said the onus of implementing Rythu Bharosa, Indiramma Athmeeya Bharosa and ration cards lay on the district collectors. He said in the first phase 3,500 Indiramma houses had been allocated for each Assembly constituency.
Speaking at a meeting of collectors, Srinivas Reddy said: “The poorest have to be selected as beneficiaries. The list has to be then declared by the district in-charge minister.”
He said only one house has to be allocated per family. Beneficiaries should be selected for the incomplete double bed room houses which have remained incomplete. “Such units should be completed with the participation of the beneficiaries,” he said.
