Revanth conspiring against film industry: Bandi Sanjay Kumar
Hyderabad: Union minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar charged Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy with conspired against the film industry. The CM and Cinematography minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy dealt a strong blow to the film industry by declaring that there benefit shows and ticket price hikes would not be allowed now onwards.
Bandi condemned the death of a woman in the stampede at Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad, when Pushpa 2 was being screened. At the same time, he hoped for the recovery of the woman's son Sri Tej who is receiving treatment at a hospital.
"The CM has tried to rake up the issue again and make a meal of it by provoking MIM MLA Asaduddin Owaisi, in the Assembly, to ask a question regarding the stampede which indicates he has a big conspiracy against the film industry."
Bandi also accused Revanth Reddy of making comments which could assassinate Allu Arjun's character.
In the past, the MIM had completely ditched BRS. If the Congress believes in MIM, it would also face the same fate as the BRS.
Gurukul students are dying consuming contaminated food but the CM seems to lack any concern over the issue. Did he console the bereaved families till now, he asked.
The BJP senior leader alleged that Revanth Reddy was following double standards with regard to consoling the families affected in tragedies.
