Sahiti victims stage protest at Hyderabad CCS office demanding justice
Hyderabad: Scores of victims of Sahiti Sarvani Elite from Ameenpur staged a protest in front of the office of Hyderabad Central Crime Station (CCS) in Basheerbagh here on Saturday demanding justice for them.
Holding posters and a banner with the photographs of culprits, who are responsible for their problems, the victims raised slogans demanding the police initiate stern action against them. They said the culprits committed the biggest real estate scam in Telangana by collecting money from property buyers and later cheating them.
Stating that justice delayed is justice denied, the victims wanted the police department to expedite investigation into the scam and ensure stern punishment to culprits. They said they were facing several problems because of the scam committed by the accused.
The CCS police are investigating the case that was booked based on a complaint lodged by the victims. The Sahiti Infra managing director along with other directors and marketing team allegedly lured people with a promise to construct apartments as part of Sahiti Sarvani Elite project in Ameenpur in Sangareddy district but failed to complete it leaving victims in doldrums.
