Sandhya stampede victim Sritej’s vital parameters fine, says doctors
Hyderabad: A nine-year-old boy, Sritej, who became unconscious in the stampede that took place at Sandhya 70 MM theatre in Chikkadpally on December 4, was maintaining his vital parameters well on his own without any external support of oxygen or inotropes, doctors said.
Sritej is, presently, undergoing treatment in KIMS hospital. He became unconscious in the stampede during the premier show of Pushpa-2 movie in the theatre.
Two doctors - Dr Chetan R Mundada and Dr Vishnu Tej Pudi – in a statement said the boy continues to tolerate nasogastric feeds well. He had recurrence of intermittent fever spikes for which some investigations have been sent. “The boy’s neurological condition is static,” they added.
