SCERT Issues Guidelines for State-Level Science Exhibition in Mahbubnagar from Jan 7

The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) has issued guidelines for the state-level science exhibition from January 7 to 9 at SVKM School, at Polepally SEZ near Jadcherla of Mahbubnagar district. All participants are required to carry a bonafide certificate and identity card issued by their school. Students selected at the district level are eligible to participate, and no replacements will be allowed.

Students and teachers from other districts must report to the venue by the evening of January 6 to register. Schools are not permitted to display banners indicating their name or district during the event. Participants must stay at their exhibits until the judging process is complete. Exhibits must be fully functional, and students are responsible for bringing extension cords or any other materials required for operation.

Those participating in the state-level Bal Vigyan Parishad (SLBVP) are required to submit a short video presentation explaining their exhibit. For the state-level exhibition and project competition (SLEPC), participants must submit a detailed write-up of their exhibits along with photographs. District officials have been instructed to see that all selected participants attend the event. For students from Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs), arrangements must be made for them to be accompanied by a science teacher from a nearby school if required.
