South Central Railway Announces Special Services For Festive Season

Hyderabad: South Central Railway (SCR) said it would operate 644 special services in October, in addition to the regular daily express and passenger trains, in view of the rush for Dasara Diwali and Chhath Puja festivals.
The special trains will be operated to Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, West Bengal, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi, among others, with stoppage at major stations. SCR instructed heads of the departments to continuously monitor the situation with regard to the rush of passengers and take timely action for ensuring punctual running of trains.
