Sridhar Babu welcomes T-Hub’s pact with DENSO
Hyderabad:The T-Hub entered into a partnership with DENSO, a global leader in automotive technology from Japan. A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed in the presence of IT and industries minister D. Sridhar Babu on Thursday. Sujit Jagirdar, interim CEO of T-Hub, and Yasuhiro Lida, CEO of DENSO’s India region, signed the MoU.
With this MoU, DENSO will collaborate with a select group of Indian automotive start-ups through T-Hub's T-Connect platform to generate ideas, break down complex challenges and conduct a targeted search for solutions for next-generation, intelligent automotive technologies. DENSO will also participate in mentorship programs led by T-Hub, where its leadership will share insights on global industry trends while gaining fresh perspectives from Indian entrepreneurs exploring solutions.
Speaking on this occasion, Sridhar Babu said Telangana is swiftly emerging as a key player in India’s automotive industry, backed by substantial investments and a robust innovation-driven ecosystem. “The state boasts a strong presence of automotive design, semiconductor and sensor engineering companies, which are vital for fostering the growth of the automotive industry. With companies like Mahindra and Mahindra, Bharat Forge, Exide and Amara Raja Batteries establishing advanced manufacturing facilities, Telangana is fast emerging as a hub for both traditional automotive components and cutting-edge electric vehicle technologies,” he explained.
The partnership includes DENSO’s involvement in solving social issues. The firm will conduct CXO Roundtables and panel discussions with key industry leaders to explore technology trends, sustainable practices and collaborative strategies that can drive the Indian automotive market forward. With this collaboration, T-Hub and DENSO are looking forward to driving innovation of advanced, sustainable mobility solutions for India’s evolving automotive industry.
