Telangana Chefs Association Hosts Food Safety Training and Certification Event

HYDERABAD: The Telangana Chefs Association (TCA) on Friday conducted an event focusing on food safety training and certification (FoSTaC) under the guidelines of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Presided by Dr Pasupathi, food safety trainer and founder of Parikshan, the event held at Regency College of Culinary Arts highlighted the critical importance of food safety in the culinary industry. Thirty-seven top executive chefs from Hyderabad and Telangana attended the session that provided knowledge and certification in food safety.
