Telangana CM leaves for two-day Delhi tour
A team led by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy left for New Delhi on Thursday to invite AICC chief Mallikarjun Kharge and AICC leader Rahul Gandhi for two public meetings to be held here.

Hyderabad:A team led by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy left for New Delhi on Thursday to invite AICC chief Mallikarjun Kharge and AICC leader Rahul Gandhi for two public meetings to be held here. The Chief Minister was accompanied by minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, AICC in-charge Deepa Dasmunshi and TPCC chief B. Mahesh Kumar Goud.
Following Rahul Gandhi's promises on the BC caste census, the Chief Minister and his team would invite Rahul Gandhi to a public meeting to be held in Suryapet this month. Similarly, the Chief Minister would invite the AICC chief to attend public meetings on SC categorisation in Medak. Both leaders are likely to attend the meetings.
Revanth Reddy will brief the party high command how these two important initiatives were taken up and completed in the state.
Sources further stated that the Chief Minister also would discuss the state government's schemes. The team would also discuss the ensuing local body elections. The Chief Minister’s team, along with the MPs, is likely to meet several Union ministers in New Delhi, seeking their assistance in completing several issues linked with the central funds.
