Hyderabad:Listing out its measures to strengthen the state's education sector, the Telangana Education Commission submitted its report to Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy here on Saturday. He assured to initiate steps recommended by the panel.

Reddy held a review meeting with commission's chairman Akunuri Murali, and members Prof. P.L. Vishweshwar Rao, Chargonda Venkatesh, Jyotsna Shiva Reddy, and the CM's adviser Vem Narender Reddy.

The commission highlighted the need for developing integrated residential schools and improving all government schools across the state. It stressed the importance of addressing issues related to the pending mid-day meal scheme bills and overall management concerns in government schools.

The Chief Minister directed the commission to draft comprehensive, constituency-wise policies to further strengthen the education system. He also assured that immediate steps would be taken to resolve all existing issues in the sector.

Reddy said that the government would enhance infrastructure in government schools and implement reforms that will bolster the state’s education standards.
