Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Wednesday ordered the authorities of Siddipet to take steps to distribute the Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak cheques to beneficiaries, before the cheques expired.
BRS MLA T. Harish Rao filed a petition before the High Court complaining that authorities of Siddipet are not permitting him to distribute the cheques.
He submitted to the court that the proposed cheques will be lapsed if they are not distributed. The court considered Harish Rao's plea.
