Hyderabad:Justice N.V. Shravan Kumar of the Telangana High Court disposed of 185 pending cases in one day. The judge heard more than 250 cases on Thursday and disposed of most of the cases, after hearing the contentions of both litigants through their counsels.
Most of the cases were related to the stamps and registration department and endowment department. The cases were pending from 2014 to 2023.
As the registration department authorities are not entertaining the execution of any type of deeds, including sale, partition and others as regards properties situated in Seva Mandal Society of Mahendra Hills of East Marredpally, around 175 owners began approaching the High Court. Justice Shravan Kumar heard the petitions and disposed of the cases.
