Telangana HC Takes Suo Motu Action on Hillock Blasting in Jubilee Hills

Hyderabad:The Telangana High Court on Tuesday took up a suo motu PIL over the blasting of hillocks near Nyay Vihar of Jubilee Hills. Huge blasting operations were going on regularly and the tremors were frightening the locals, it was stated. The same was reported in newspapers.

The court made the principal secretaries of mines and geology and environment and forests departments, Telangana Pollution Control Board, Hyderabad district collector and GHMC commissioner as the respondents to the PIL.
