Hyderabad: The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE) has released the tentative timetable for the Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) to be held in March 2025 for both first and second year students across General and Vocational streams. The schedule includes ethics, environmental education, practical, and theory examinations.
The ethics and human values examination for backlog students is scheduled for January 29, between 10 am and 1 pm. This will be followed by the environmental education examination on January 30 during the same time slot.
Practical examinations will be conducted in February 2025. The English practical exams for first year students are set for January 31, while second year students will appear on February 1. Practical examinations for all other subjects will take place from February 3 to February 22, including weekends. Sessions will be held both in the morning (9 am to 12.00 pm) and afternoon (2 pm to 5 pm).
The theory examinations for first and second year students will commence in March 2025. The schedule begins with Part-II: second language paper-1 for first year students on March 5. The examinations will conclude on March 25 with modern language paper 2 and geography paper 2 for second year students.
Subjects such as English paper 1 and 2 are slated for March 7 and March 10 respectively. Maths, physics and chemistry are scheduled in between for both the years from March 13 to 20, with adequate gaps of one to three days in between.
The Inter Board has confirmed that these dates are also applicable to Intermediate Vocational Course Examinations, although a separate timetable for vocational subjects will be issued in due course.
