Adilabad: Komati Raju of Rasoolpalli village under Jaipur police station in Mancherial district on Wednesday was imprisoned for seven days for creating a nuisance in an inebriated condition by frequently calling emergency number 100 and wasting time of the police.
In a statement, Ramagundam police commissioner M. Srinivas said a case was registered against Komati Raju for creating a nuisance by calling 100 and was produced before the court. The magistrate sent him to jail for seven days.
