Hyderabad: The Meteorological Department has forecast heatwave conditions across Telangana for today and tomorrow, prompting a yellow alert for northern, southern, and central districts of the state.
Officials also warned that some areas may experience thunderstorms, gusty winds, and light to moderate rainfall during this period. The department advised people to take necessary precautions amid the changing weather conditions.
