TGSPDCL CMD Faruqui urges consumers to file bribe complaints against staff
Hyderabad: Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (TGSPDCL) Chairman and Managing Director Musharraf Faruqui on Friday requested consumers to call his office to file corruption related complaints against any employee or officer for demanding bribes to attend official work.
The consumers can call on the two phone numbers: 040-23454884 or 7680901912. He said special arrangements have been made in his office to receive complaints of corruption in TGSPDCL limits. The consumers can also be sent their complaints through WhatsApp also.
The TGSPDCL is committed to providing quality services to its consumers by following high standards. However, some staff and officers were found to be indulging in corrupt practices, tarnishing its image, he said. To address this, special arrangements have been made to directly receive complaints from consumers and resolve them, and to check irregularities. The TGSPDCL is already providing various services through its website and Mobile App.
The consumers can avail services like new service connections, category changes, title transfers and billing corrections online. The company is committed to providing a corruption-free environment and quality services to consumers. If anyone causes inconvenience to consumers or shows negligence towards duties, it will not be tolerated, Musharraf Faruqui warned.
