Adilabad:A tiger was seen crossing the railway tracks at Makudi Railway Station in Chandrapur district, Maharashtra, on Wednesday, capturing the attention of social media users with a viral video.
Makudi Railway Station is located approximately 12 km from Sirpur(T) station in Komaram Bheem Asifabad district, Telangana. Tigers frequently traverse the border from the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve in Chandrapur into Telangana.
Upon receiving reports of the tiger crossing, forest officials from Komaram Bheem Asifabad alerted field staff, animal trackers, and nearby villagers about the potential movement of the tiger into Telangana. Preventive measures have been put in place to monitor the area and ensure public safety.
