Hyderabad: A YouTuber, whose videos of 'tossing currency notes' on a busy road in Kukatpally resurfaced recently, is now facing legal trouble as he is charged with multiple cases including of rash driving and public nuisance.
The YouTuber, Harsha, a resident of Motinagar goes by the channel "its_me_power." The video was posted by him a month ago, which went viral recently.
There was a huge outrage against the acts of the YouTuber as it lead to severe traffic jams and other related issues in the area. He even expressed his intentions to do more of such acts and appealed to his subscribers to follow his Telegram channel, where he wished to post the details regarding the stunts.
The Cyberabad Police who sprung into action had registered a case in KPHB against the YouTuber. In addition, the Sanath Nagar police too had registered a case.
Meanwhile, Telangana police through a post on 'X' (formerly Twitter) had cautioned citizens against committing such acts and said "For social media videos and reels, if such misdeeds and crazy acts are done to cause trouble to the society... the laws will welcome with strict cases. Beware"
