Hyderabad: Two persons, including a native of Andhra Pradesh, died after their two-wheeler rammed into a road divider at high speed near IIIT junction at about 2.15 am on Friday, Gachibowli police said. Police said the driver may have lost control of the vehicle, resulting in the accident.
Police identified the victims as Venkanna Swamy Kesani, 30, of Jeedimetla, and Dev Kumar Swamy, 25, a Visakhapatnam resident. They travelling from the IIIT Junction area to Wipro junction. Police were unable to ascertain who was riding the vehicle. Both of them died while being transported to a local hospital in Kondapur. Police registered a case and began investigations.
