Vignan’s Hyderabad Campus Begins BTech Classes
Hyderabad:Vignan’s University Hyderabad Off-Campus as commenced its BTech first year classes. The institution is located at Deshmukhi, near Ramoji Film City, Pochampally mandal, Yadadri Bhongir district. Retired IAS officer Poonam Malakondaiah has been appointed off-campus adviser.
Dr Lavu Rathaiah, founder and chairman of the Vignan Group, expressed his gratitude to the parents who enrolled their children in the new Hyderabad Off-Campus, which has received all Central government approvals. He assured the parents that though the campus was new, there was no need for concern with regard to the facilities.
He highlighted the Five Principles that guide the group — faculty development programme, planning, training, and communication system, counselling system, CRT classes, teaching methods — that were being rigorously implemented at Vignan University’s campus in Guntur, had helped students achieve great success.
Vignan Educational Institutions vice-chairman Lavu Srikrishnadevarayalu said that 90 per cent of the students who graduated from Vignan University had secured jobs in multinational companies. He said one teacher was assigned to every 20 students to ensure continuous monitoring and bringing out the hidden talents in students.
