Work as a Cohesive Unit, Modi Exhorts Party’s TG Leaders
Hyderabad:The BJP’s elected representatives from Telangana got a big boost after meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday. Besides giving a pep talk, Modi served them a firm message by asking them 'mil jul kar kaam karo; moka mat gumav aur log apne saath hai’ (work collectively, don’t miss the opportunity as people are with us).
Before meeting the elected MLAs for the first time, Modi, who is known to get prior feedback, also gathered complete information about the party affairs in the state.
Modi has procured a report card on the involvement of party legislators, MPs and other senior leaders in party activities and agitation programmes. He gave a firm direction aimed at bringing the party to power in the state by telling them to focus on all central government schemes and ensuring their implementation.
The Prime Minister reminded them that the people of Telangana were looking towards BJP with a lot of hope. The party leaders would continue to oppose the anti-people’s policies of both Congress and BRS. He took to `X’ to send across the same message to party workers and leaders.
The Prime Minister’s 35-minute interaction with the party’s elected representatives ahead of the state unit getting a new chief maximum by January first week, holds immense importance.
