Yadagirigutta Devasthanam Board to Be Formed on TTD Lines: Revanth

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has directed officials to take swift measures to establish the Yadagirigutta Devasthanams Board on the lines of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Board (TTD). In a review meeting held at his residence on Wednesday, the CM proposed several amendments to the draft prepared for the formation of the Dharmakartala Mandali (Yadagirigutta Temple Trust Board), ensuring that the temple administration aligns with future needs while upholding its sanctity.

Stressing the need to maintain the spiritual sanctity of the Yadagirigutta temple, CM Revanth Reddy stated that, like Tirumala, there should be no political influence in the temple’s administration. He instructed officials to take stringent precautions to protect the temple’s religious environment and avoid any disruptions.

Apart from the formation of the Dharmakartala Mandali, the Chief Minister recommended various modifications to the draft provisions related to spiritual and service-oriented programmes. These changes aim to enhance the governance and management of the temple while ensuring seamless religious services for devotees.

Chief Secretary A. Santhi Kumari, Endowments principal secretary Shailaja Ramaiyyar, State Government Adviser (Infrastructure) Srinivasa Raju, Chief Minister's Secretary Manicka Raj, and Chief Minister's OSD Vemula Srinivas were present in the meeting.
