Tirupati: The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Administrative Building’s parade grounds in Tirupati is prepared to host the 78th Independence Day festivities on Thursday.
The event, commencing at 8.30 am, will feature TTD executive officer J. Syamala Rao hoisting the national flag and delivering a speech. The programme includes cultural performances by TTD students, a march past, and demonstrations by security personnel and sniffer dogs. Outstanding employees will receive appreciation certificates and medals. Additional EO Ch. Venkaiah Chowdhary will hoist the national flag at Gokulam Rest House in Tirumala at 7 am on Thursday.
