MS Dhoni or Virat Kohli? Hardik Pandya, KL Rahul choose the better captain

Mumbai: Renowned chat show Koffee with Karan which usually features Bollywood celebrities saw Team India players KL Rahul and Hardik Pandya also make an appearance.

Hosted by famous director and producer Karan Johar, the duo were at the receiving end of some tricky questions that included choosing the better captain between MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli.

Although the Jharkhand cricketer has won two World Cup titles for the Men in Blue, comparisons with Kohli have been endless given flamboyant batsman’s accolades in all three formats – both as batsman and captain.

But when asked about the question, the two cricketers didn’t take much time to answer it.

“MS Dhoni because I made my debut and it was fantastic,” said Pandya. Karnataka batsman Rahul also chose the veteran wicket-keeper batsman: “In terms of achievement, yes MS Dhoni.”

When Karan asked which Indian player needed a therapy, Rahul was instant with his response: “I think Virat. He needs to calm down. I keep telling him, he’s just, he has never had a holiday mode. He’s always like ‘work, work, work’.”

Besides that Pandya referred to Kohli as the best prankster in the Indian team while Rahul claimed the Delhi batsman was also ‘romantic’.
