Hyderabad: Ahead of the T20 World Cup, the International cricket council (ICC) on Thursday presented the ICC Awards 2023 to the Indian players.
The global governing body presented the Men's T20 cricketer of the year cap, Test Team of the year cap, ODI Team of the year caps and the T20 Team of the year cap to the Indian players.
The Council took to their Instagram handle and posted the pictures of the players wearing the special ICC caps.
Suryakumar Yadav donned his T20 cricketer of the year cap, while Jadeja wore his Test team of the year cap. Captain Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Kuldeep Yadav and Siraj displayed their special ODI team of the year caps. Arshadeep Singh was the only Indian who showed off his special T20 team of the year cap.
The most anticipated ICC T20 World Cup will begin on June 2. Twenty teams will participate in the global tournament which will be co-hosted by the USA and West Indies.
