Table toppers Kolkata Knight riders (KKR) will take on the lucky Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the first Qualifier match at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Tuesday.
The two batting power houses are looking confident of their win as they aim to be the first team to qualify for the finals. The game starts at 7:30 pm and will be live streamed on Star Sports and Jio Cinema.

The match will be a close one, and even if we look at the teams on paper it is difficult to pick a side since both teams look equally strong and balanced. The team that performs to their full potential will win it.
KKR will try to capitalise on players who are in good form. With Narine, Salt being the top 15 run getters in the tourney and Varun Chakravarthy, Harshit Rana and Narine securing a place in top wicket takers, KKR will look to take advantage.
However with Salt out of the side, KKR will look to play with Rehmanulla Gurbaz, the wicket-keeper batsmen. Gurbaz doesn't have a good run at IPL and Narine's wicket serves as a key for SRH.
The middle order looks strong on paper with Venkatesh, Shreyas, Russel and Rana but all these big names fell short on performance this season. Rinku Singh at the lower order also hasn't lived up to his reputation.
Facing the likes of Cummins, Markande, Bhuvaneshwar and Natarajan the KKR batters have plummeted the last time except for Russell who stole the match away.
On the other hand, SRH with their strong batting line-up are looking fierce, Head and Abhishek will hold the key. The middle order also looks strong on paper and in better form compared to Kolkata, with Nitish Reddy, Klassan and Shahbaz playing some key innings.
Playing Chakravarthy and Harshit Rana will be a challenge for SRH batters and if they open their attack with the mystery spinner, the pressure will be on SRH.
