Although there were reports that B-town diva Tripti Dimri, who rose to fame with Animal, would be doing a special song in Pushpa The Rule, a reliable source says, “Tripti Dimri is not doing any song in Pushpa The Rule and those reports are baseless.”
He claims that the makers have not yet decided about any actress, although they are looking for “someone big and happening to match up to raising expectations of Pushpa 2,” he adds.
Earlier, they replaced glam diva Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the Oo Antava... kind of song in the sequel. “Definitely, Pushpa 2 also has space for a special song to enthral fans and the general audience, and this time, it would feature some other glamour girl from Bollywood. Earlier, there were rumours about B-town siren Janhvi Kapoor doing a special song, but they were baseless,” he points out.
Director Sukumar and composer Devi Sri Prasad are going to come up with another racy and foot-tapping number, and we have to wait and see who will be the lucky actress who clinches the offer. “The song is bound to give the actress more mileage and reach across the world,” he concludes.
