Actor-director Dhanush is set to introduce his 18-year-old son Yatra into cinema, not as an actor but as a lyricist for his directorial venture Nilavukku Enmel Ennadi Kobam (NEEK). Yatra has penned the hook lines for the song ‘Golden Sparrow’ in this youthful romantic drama.
Dhanush’s production company, Wunderbar Production, announced that the first single from NEEK, ‘Golden Sparrow,’ composed by GV Prakash, would be released on August 30th. The announcement poster features Priyanka Mohan, Dhanush’s co-star from Captain Miller, who performs a special cameo in the song. The news of Yatra’s involvement in NEEK sparked excitement among Dhanush’s fans, and social media is buzzing about the collaboration. Initially, reports suggested that Yatra had penned the entire lyrics of the song.
Though Yatra’s debut was kept under wraps, SJ Suryah, who worked with Dhanush in Raayan, who had an early viewing of the song, commended Yatra’s lines in ‘Golden Sparrow’ as well as Priyanka’s performance. The post went viral in no time.
