Hrithik Plans New Film Amid ‘Krrish 4’ Delay
Rakesh Roshan to back the actor with a fresh action and romance project
Hrithik Roshan’s much-awaited Krrish 4, to be produced by Yash Raj Films, shows little sign of moving forward. Hrithik’s father, producer Rakesh Roshan, says he is unaware of the current status of the project.
With no clarity on the film’s progress, father and son have decided not to wait any longer. It is reliably learnt that Rakesh Roshan will produce a new film with Hrithik in the lead before the superhero franchise resumes.
A source close to the development says, “Hrithik cannot wait indefinitely for Yash Raj Films to sort out their plans for Krrish 4. His dad and Hrithik have a fantastic idea for an action-romance, which they will now plunge into before moving to Krrish 4.”
The Roshans’ new project, expected to go on floors by year-end, will reportedly be something Hrithik has never attempted before.
