Apple To Launch New Product Today.
Apple CEO Tim Cook confirmed that the company will be launching a new product on February 19. In a post on X, Tim Cook wrote, “Get ready to meet the newest member of the family. Wednesday, February 19.”
While Cook didn’t disclose any product details, rumors suggest that the highly anticipated iPhone SE 4/iPhone 16e might be unveiled during the event. However, there’s also a chance that other products could be introduced.
Here are the devices that might be launched today:
iPhone SE 4/iPhone 16e
According to Bloomberg, iPhone SE 4 or iPhone 16e might be the product that could be launched today. Earlier, Bloomberg’s Gurman reported that iPhone SE 4 could be unveiled this week.
According to a recent leak, the tech giant might rename iPhone SE 4 as the iPhone 16e in order to be a part of its iPhone 16 series lineup.
The iPhone SE 4 is rumoured to look similar to the iPhone 14 with a larger screen and Face ID, marking the end of the Home button. The device will be powered by the A18 chip and will feature Apple’s in-house 5G modem, replacing components from Qualcomm.
The iPhone SE 4 will feature only one rear camera and may have a 48MP main lens, used in the iPhone 15. It is also said to come with 8GB RAM, enhancing support for Apple Intelligence.
M4 MacBook Air
The M4 MacBook Air is said to offer faster performance and better efficiency, leading to an increase in battery life as well. The M4 MacBook Air will come with a RAM configuration up to 32GB. It will support two external displays even when its lid is open, whereas the M3 MacBook Air supports two external displays when the lid is closed.
iPad 11
The iPad 11 will be powered by the A17 Pro chip and will be equipped with 8GB of RAM. The iPad 11 will not have many design changes compared to the iPad 10. The iPad 11 will support Apple Intelligence, reported Bloomberg. This means that after the launch of the iPad 11, Apple’s AI features will be available on all current-generation iPads.
