Huge Apple leak previews upcoming Apple Watch

The Apple Watch has been registered by the Eurasian Economic Commission and with it we get a glimpse of what is to come.

There have been a few leaks and rumours surrounding the upcoming Apple Watch Series 4, but apart from an incremental design alteration, nothing else was quite known. As per a report by wccftech, Apple has registered 6 watches with the Eurasian Economic Commission and they are preparing to unveil them alongside the trio of Apple iPhones.

The report goes on to add that these filings haven’t leaked the hardware specifications of the upcoming Apple Watches, however; these smartwatches are going to be different. The upcoming watches are going to be loaded with watchOS 5 and they correspond with the Apple Watch Series 4 line-up. The models that Apple has filed with the EEC are A1977, A1978, A1975, A1976, A2007, and A2008. The report states that Apple is maybe cutting down on the number of Watches in its line-up as the Apple Watch Series 3 came with eight different model numbers.

With Apple registering six models, this indicates that there will be just three new models in total as Apple usually launches two sizes per model. Apple may be axing the expensive ceramic models but there is no indication that explicitly states the same.

There are rumours that Apple will increase the size of the display by around 15 per cent however, the bezels will be narrower to maintain the same size as the Apple Watch series 3. The Apple Watch Series 4 will come running watchOS 5 and it will have various new features such as a walkie-talkie mode, a Siri watch face along with new exercise modes.
