Hyderabad: As always, there are rumors, leaks and insider comments/leaks on Apple’s upcoming releases. This time around, there are rumors about Apple introducing USB-C type charger in the iPhone 15 and 16 line ups.
According to macrumors.com, which puts out blogs on rumors, leaks and news on Apple products, the tech-giant is looking to launch at least one iPhone in 2024 featuring a portless design that would do away with the USB-C connector, and charging and data transfer would be done through MagSafe or a similar technology.
The website also suggests that the camera set up in the iPhone 16 will be similar to that of the vertical set-up which was seen in iPhone 12. The same camera design could be seen in the iPhone 16 Plus models also.
Last year’s iPhone 14 and 14 Plus also came out with the diagonally placed rear cameras, which are likely to be used in the upcoming iPhone 15 also.
The iPhone 16 models are expected to come out in September 2024, and they will follow the 2023 iPhone 15 models.
