Mighty, which was launched as a Kickstarter project earlier this year, is a light-weight, durable, clip-on MP3 player that promises the best kind of on-the-go music experience.
Mighty comes equipped with Bluetooth and WiFi and is compatible with both, iPhone as well as Android devices. What’s unique about this MP3 player is that it can play up to 48 hours of music without any internet connection. While, the first version of Mighty will aim to integrate with Spotify only, however; the team behind this innovation plans on expanding their support to additional streaming music services in the near future.
How it works?
Users simply need to pair their smartphones with the Mighty app and sync the music from the Spotify with the same. Users can then click the 'Manage My Music' button to add or remove playlists. Mighty doesn’t have a screen like other Android devices. However, the team has built a software that allows users to control Mighty using their smartphones as a Bluetooth remote control.
The Mighty MP3 player is capable of five hours of continuous music playback when it is fully charged. However, the team is striving to achieve 10+ hours of playback without increasing the size of the device. It is sweat-proof and water resistant, making it ideal for any fitness enthusiast for use.
