iPhone 16 sale in India from today, huge crowd outside Apple Stores in Mumbai, Delhi

The sale of the iPhone 16 commenced in India today and hundreds of Apple fans have lined up outside the company’s stores in Mumbai and Delhi.
The iPhone 16 was unveiled on September 9 and it was available for pre-booking from September 13.
The iPhone lovers queued up at the Apple stores in Mumbai’s BKC and Delhi's Saket to buy the iPhone 16, eagerly anticipating their first hands-on experience with the new device.
People have been standing in queues for many hours outside the stores and as per PTI, the first person in the queue outside the Mumbai store has been waiting for 21 hours.
“I am super excited. I have been here for 21 hours. I am first in the queue who will enter the (Apple) store. The management is quite good. There are a lot of new features in the iPhone 16 series," said a person standing outside an Apple store in Mumbai.
"I came from Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh. I have purchased the iPhone 16. I am an iPhone lover. I was planning to go to the Mumbai store, but I got it in Delhi itself. Earlier I was using the iPhone 15 Pro Max,” said a customer Mohammad Shariq after buying the iPhone 16.
In a video shared by news agency ANI, a line of customers can be seen out the Apple stores in Delhi and Mumbai.

The iPhone 16 lineup was launched in 60 countries today. The iPhone 16 comes in four variants - iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max.
