Various officials from OnePlus took the Internet to discuss about the phone’s new design element — the notch, about which the social media expressed its displeasure. However, with most of the major flagships already breaking the cover for this year, OnePlus seems to be planning for the first-movers advantage by launching the OnePlus 6 pretty soon. How soon? The company has teased the device officially.
OnePlus took to Twitter to tease about the OnePlus 6 smartphone. The post carries the caption — “6et ready”, which wouldn’t require scientists to decipher the hint that OnePlus is prepping itself to launch the smartphone across several markets. A short video embedded in the post states ‘The speed you need’, followed by the possible logo of the OnePlus 6.

This is an indication of the fact that OnePlus’ next offering will offer fast performance like its predecessors. The OnePlus 6 is expected to sport the Snapdragon 845 chipset along with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage for the top-end variant.
