Samsung unveils the J5 Pro with 3GB RAM
Samsung has launched a new iteration of its Galaxy J5 smartphone, the J5 Pro. The device was launched in Thailand and is priced at 9,900 Thai Baht (approx Rs 19,000).
The latest addition to the J series comes with a 5.2-inch HD display with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution and is powered by Exynos 7870 octa-core processor backed by 3GB RAM and 32GB storage.
The smartphone comes equipped with a 13MP rear camera as well as a front facing camera. It also has a fingerprint sensor integrated in the home button for added security. On the connectivity front, it offers Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi LAN IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac dual-band, and NFC. It is fuelled by a 3000mAh battery but doesn’t support fast charging. Samsung is yet to confirm the availability of the device for the Indian market.
