Future LG G7 spotted on LG's website
LG’s official website has recently updated the company’s Fast Charge device support section in which they accidentally (or intentionally) listed out its new upcoming flagship device of this year – the Future LG G7. The G7 is supposed to support the new Quick Charge 4.0, alongside G6.
However, the remaining specifications of the Future LG G7 are yet to be known. But the QuickCharge 4.0 is designed by Qualcomm and this fast charge feature is supported by their latest Snapdragon 845 processor as well. Hence, we can expect the new LG G7 to have this new powerful processor alongside Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 plus. Unlike last year LG G6 has opted out for Snapdragon 821 instead of Snapdragon 835, which was a bummer for the sales of LG G6.
LG G7 is also rumoured to have a 5.8-inch QHD+ full-screen display with 18:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. Phone to also equipped with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The flagship to sport dual cameras in the rear and a decent 3500mAh battery.
Last year, LG has opted out to Snapdragon 821 processors, since the first batch of Snapdragon 835 processor was acquired by Samsung for its Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus models. We can still hope LG doesn't do the same this year and opt out to latest Snapdragon 845 processor.
