LG X5 (2018) with a MediaTek MT 6750 SoC unveiled
LG has quietly launched LG X5 (2018) smartphone in its home country. This smartphone is apparently the updated version of earlier LG X5, which was released in 2016. The new LG X5 features a touch electrostatic body and features big bezels on the front.
Weighing around 171g, the LG X5 features a 5.5-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels. The phone is built on a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT 6750 chipset with a 1.5GHz clock speed. Paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage the phone also features a microSD expansion.
As for the camera, the LG X5 (2018) boasts a 13MP sensor with LED flash on the rear and a 5MP front camera sensor. The phone ships with Android Oreo 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box and lastly, it is fuelled by 4500mAh battery.
On the connectivity front, the X5 supports 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz dual-band), and NFC.
The LG X5 is currently launched in Korea priced at 3,63,000 KRW (approx Rs 22,800) and features in Moroccan Blue colour variant.
