OnePlus 7, 7 Pro get OxygenOS 10 within a month of Android 10 release
OnePlus had released a beta based on Android 10 a couple of weeks ago and now the company has started rolling out the first official build of OxygenOS 10. The new update brings a bunch of changes to the interface including new gesture based navigation, a more controlled permission setting, and Game Space, amongst other changes.
Though there are a bunch of new changes for it to feel like a proper upgrade, note that users coming from the Android 10 based open beta won’t see much difference.
It is also noteworthy that the new update is being rolled out in phases and you might not receive it immediately. OnePlus will likely reveal more details about the update for the rest of their devices in an event next week where the company will likely launch the OnePlus 7T.
