Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Models May Come With Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 Chipset

According to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, "Qualcomm will likely be the sole SoC supplier for the Samsung Galaxy S25." Kuo said that Exynos 2500 may not ship due to Samsung's lower-than-expected 3nm yield which means the Galaxy S25 series will come with a Snapdragon chipset.

However, this is not the first time that Samsung's Galaxy S lineup is coming with a Snapdragon Chipset. Earlier, in 2023, Samsung Galaxy S23 series came with Snapdragon chipsets but Samsung went with Exynos processor on the S24 series. The Exynos 2400, turned out to be a good chipset but was not upto the mark of Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

Some rumours claimed that Samsung's Exynos 2500 processor could match with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip in power efficiency.

However, there is no official statement from Samsung.
