Hyderabad: Three hotels in Bengaluru received bomb threats including The Ottera via email, as per ANI.
DCP South East Bengaluru confirmed that A bomb threat mail was sent to three reputed hotels including The Oterra in Bengaluru. Teams of Bomb Squad and Police are currently at The Oterra hotel, as per report by ANI.
On Wednesday, the Union Home Ministry office too received a bomb threat via email which led to the deployment of two fire tenders. Searches were carried out by the security personnel and bomb squad, nothing suspicious was found by them.
Recently, many schools, hospitals and even Tihar Jail received bomb threats via email. Although, these threats were proven to be hoaxes but it caused widespread panic.
