Maldivian ministers arrested for alleged black magic on president: Report

State Minister for Environment, Shamnaz Saleem and her ex-husband Adam Rameez, who also serves as a minister at the President's office were arrested along with two others. Both the ministers happen to be close aides of the President as they previously served under Muizzu at the Male City Council, when he was serving as the city's mayor.

Both the ministers are now under suspension and are along with the others remanded to 7-day custody, claimed the reports. The police authorities have not given out much information and said that the investigation is underway.
